Payment Method Buying Guide
Upon submission of the Order Form, BIANCA will get in touch with you via email, an electronic invoice will be sent to you detailing your order specifications and the payment instructions.
As soon as payment is processed and confirmed, your orders will have already been inspected, packed and ready to be send to you at the address provided or you can collect them from our outlet. Ordered products will be reserved for a period of 3 days from the date of invoice, or the date which we call you over the phone to confirm your orders. If we do not receive payment by the Due Date, we will place the reserved items back onto our shelves.

Payment for orders from Singapore can be processed using any of the 2 methods:
1. By ATM Funds Transfer. 2. By Internet Banking Funds Transfer.
Payment for orders from Overseas can be processed using the following method:
1. Paypal Transfer
A Paypal transfer invoice will be generated with the payment details.
Upon receipt of your order form, we will respond to you with an electronic invoice which will ONLY bill you for what you will receive. In the case of any stock out items, they will be indicated in the invoice as well.

Orders are strictly by Singpost postage only. Kindly allow 2-10 days for delivery.
For Singapore Orders Postage charge for each item to a single location: S$5.00
Registered postage for each item to a single location: S$8.00
For Overseas Orders, Kindly allow 7-14 days for delivery. Postage charge for each item to a single location: To be advised.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for returned products until we have received it. We seek for your understanding that we will not be liable for any missing or damaged stocks through these postages. All goods will be carefully checked before sale.
A delivery notice email will be sent to you, once we dispatched your orders.

1) All goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. (refer to return and exchange policies)
2) For any stock-outs, you can opt to change your orders of equal or higher value.
Return and Exchange Policies
In order to satisfy all customers, Bianca has come up with return and exchange policy, especially for the following 2 cases:
Incorrect Size: Please contact us within 2 days after you have received the goods to notify us of the exchange. The goods has to be mailed to us with the attached invoice and it must not be worn outdoors and must be of saleable conditions. We will try our best to find the right sizes to exchange for you, but this is only applicable if we still have the sizes you want, otherwise you might have to pick another item of equal or higher value for exchange. Also note that the buyer would have to bare the postage cost for all sizes exchange. You may also bring the goods with the invoice to our outlet within 2 days for an exchange in sizes.
Defects: Pictures have to be taken and email to us within 1 day after you have received the goods. We'll advise accordingly & if you're entitled for the exchange, the goods has to be mailed back to us together with the invoice OR you may bring the goods with the invoice to our outlet within 2 days for an exchange. In the event of stock-outs, you may pick another item of equal or higher value for exchange. All returns should be attention to BIANCA and mailed to
