This shop has very bad after sales service, the worst thing was I was dealing with the owner of this shop, a guy called Daniel. The way they run their business is NO Integrity, just money. Defective vanity set that were supposed to be exchange and replaced never came even after more than 9 months, each time Daniel gave a different excuse.
Also the quality of their piping is not good, when you turn on the water it makes a lot of noise. Some vanity sets crack easily and their explanation is it is part of the character of the wood being used. Natural character and crack I think normal people can tell the difference.
Also, they do refund you any money even when you managed to get them to take back their product, I have being chasing them for repayment for 6 months. As usual lame excuses from Daniel, now I've given up on the replacement of the defective vanity set or repayment money owned to me.
Save yourself the trouble, don't buy from this store. Looks is really deceiving.
