this company is very shady. i needed an email confirmation for my booking so i emailed them to ask for one, but never received a response. their phone number is not listed on their website. after eventually tracking down a phone number for them, my first call attempt was rejected. on my second attempt, the call was answered and i received a hostile greeting asking me how i'd attained their phone number. i explained that i'd done an internet search and all i wanted was an email booking confirmation of my trip because i didn't have the schedule details written down. i was told that the relevant staff were "in a meeting" and that i would receive a call back. no call. this is such a rip off. do not trust them.

My experience was so bad i wan to complain this case to consumer rights. i book a tic online. i waited for 2 hours, asked around, and there is no bus at all to come and pick me up. then i go online and search for the contact number for enquiry. but there is no contact number at all. i felt like a fraud. i spend all the money i left to get to the melaka bus station and get no ticket at that kind of time. 2 hours later, the sales person called me back ( i left a number there in her voice mail). she sound so rude and respond given was so irresponsible. I end up alone in a strange place with no transport back to singapore. this was my worst experience . if anyone who are about to try this site, please don't. the bus i booked was SUPERIOR COACH
