Overall good service from them, always receive update on the status of the items.
What i like is the shopping cart they have, so much easier to shop. Unlike other blogshops which must order by email.
And best of all they added new design regularly and there are so many deisgns to chose from.

i bought the things from other websites and the things are better than theirs... somemore they still dare to ask me for my order number... tell them that i have no order number because i order through email but they keep on asking... ask them for discount for the wrong items but they ignore my emails... totally CONDEMNED..

what they display online and what i received is totally different....what i got was a 3/4 sleeve top, but when i receive, it was super short sleeve which is jus over the shoulder...and guess what is their reply...they say is cos of different ppl's hands' length...pls lor....totally ridiculous reason...and another top was supposed to be brown color but when i recieve, it was in grey.....and the quality of the top was super bad.....wear once and its torn.....BLACKLISTED.......i will nv ever buy from them...cheaters

Do take note that when you puschase from the company they have classified dresses from different sizes and different material by using same model, same colour shirt and same shirt they wore, even the number label on the picture is also the same, only different is the position of the models and the sentance stating the size and material.
I would like to clarified clarify that they have NOT lie about the size but they have misrepresent by using same models with same color/dresses they wore. Please be careful when you order with them. Overall, they did replied my emails. other shirt was good. However, I feel very unhappy with the way they classified different size clothes esp they have identify using item code number which we shoppers does not take note of. They will not do exchange for misleading pictures on the web.
Also, there is not contact numbers of the company. No direct contact except for emails.

they lie abt the size of the dress stated on their website. I bought a dress, it stated: Free size chest: 80-84cm. but when i recieve it was 90cm when measured and the label was size XL. When i email to enquire, no reply at all. V disappointing.
But, when I refer to their website jus now, they have change the info on their web to be extra large. Super disappointed that since they recieved my feedback why are they not replying my email or jus to give me an account. i still have the screen shot when is stated free size 80-84. But, I jus wan them to give me an account. might it be cant refund, i eamil to request den can i change to another deisgn and postage of refunded item will be on me or come to a reasonable ending for both of us but NO REPLIES no replies at all. Yet they have amend the website info. I feel being con. so irresponsible and sad. i first purchase with them is utterly disappoint and nv recommend to ppel. They can NEVER be contacted. worst of all, i order 3 item totol $70+ so i was entitle to have free delivery. however, on 3rd march i was informed that one of my order, which i ordered on 2nd feb, was out of stalk and I was to pay for the delivery fees.! i am more disappointed.I should have made payment on 3rd march, when my order was "officially placed" Initially, my intend was to buy more den $70+ to entitled free delivery. yet due to their "late order" or so, one of the item was out of stock, and yet i am made to pay the shipment! cant they jus let me replace any shirt? no! they dun give us choice or to account to us. never, they are jus no where can be found! so dun buy from wardrobe54
