We accept major credit cards via PayPal and atm / ibanking transfers. All information are strictly kept confidential. You can order directly on website or send us email with Product ID of items you wish to order and you can send the full payment after receiving our reply.

Delivery Method
LOCAL ORDERS (Singapore):
A standard S$15 delivery charge will charged. This covers express delivery to your mailing address when the items arrive. Apart from PayPal, you can also choose to transfer amount via local ATM or I-banking. Upon receiving your online orders, we will send you email on the total amount including delivery charge and our banking details (POSB Savings Account: 011-256-880). To finalize purchase, payment must be made within 3 days after receiving our "payment transfer request" email, before items will be couriered out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Upon receiving your online orders, we will calculate best shipping rates for your perusal via email. To finalize purchase, payment must be made to our PayPal business account (exoticfunwear@yahoo.com) within 3 days after receiving our "shipping charge payment request" email, before items will be shipped out. If you have any queries, do email us.

LOCAL DELIVERY & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All orders are processed immediately and delivered in discreet packaging according to availability, usually takes only 1 - 2 weeks. There will be no delivery charge if you purchase and pick-up items available at retail store (CHAI in Liang Court). Due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available, thus kindly allow more time for some of these hot items. Items are shipped immediately upon arrival with us. Delivery/Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

BACKORDERS:
All in-stock items are shipped immediately. We will inform you immediately if any items ordered are back-orders. Back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. You will be charged for all the items ordered unless otherwise you wish to swap back-order items to items available (same price only).

REFUND & EXCHANGE:
All items purchased are NOT refundable or exchangeable. We check every items thoroughly when items arrived from manufacturers first before sending to customers. If there is major fault found, customers will be informed and a replacement will be ordered - Not valid for footwear and delicate accessories made of plastic or feathered products.
