I would like to share with you my horrible experience purchasing from SAC Fetish (http://www.sacfetish.com) which is owned by Shundy Sarah Er. I visited SAC Fetish website and was fascinated/impressed by the clothing designs and variety on the website. As such, I emailed Shundy Sarah with my queries and I must say she was very friendly, helpful and prompt in her replies initially. I was won over not only by the apparels on her website but more so with her excellent pre-sales service and so I decided to place an order with her amounting to about SGD969. I transferred the money to her account 2 times (deposit and full payment) and she confirmed receipt of the money. As she advised that some of the clothing were not in stock and she has to back-to-back order from her supplier, she delivered half of my order amounting to roughly SGD489. When I received the items from her, I did feedback to her that a few of the items received were quite different from what was featured on her website. This was pure feedback from a customer; her website and email kept emphasizing that they are open to open to feedback and suggestions which was just exactly what I did. As I was anxious to receive the remaining items as I was going away on a business trip, I enquired when I would get the rest of the stuff. On 2nd March, she emailed me this -_ "I will arrange for a dispatch on next Wednesday when I'm back in town thus no worries." Next Wednesday meaning 10th March. Till today 29th March, nothing arrived and I have sent her repeated email reminders on 10th, 14th, 16th, 21st March and smsed her on 18th March but she simply choose to ignore me. She has a mobile number on her website which she states is for text only and when I tried calling it, it says "number not in use". This episode has left me very skeptical of online shopping from unknown sellers. I am really frustrated and angry and I am not sure what to do except to lodge this with CASE so that I can get back my money plus warn everyone here to be wary of SAC Fetish and be very careful when ordering online.
