- Once we have receive your payment, your invoice number will be sent to you shortly to let you trace your items more easily.

- Upon collection, a receipt/invoice will be given to you.

- If item is out of stock, money will be refunded.

- Junkiempire will only give out free Registered Postage under certain circumstances.

- Items sold at Junkiempire are all designer items. No remakes will be made.

- Once we have confirmed your orders, changes can only be made within 24 hours. After which, any amendments will strictly be ignored.
