Build a Queue in the order you want them to be sent to you. Tip: To maximize membership benefits, keep your Queue full and try out different series and genres to find something your children like.

We Rush Them to You
Kidswift mails the DVDs from your Queue via SingPost direct to your doorstep. The number of DVDs mailed out at any one time will correspond to the "number of DVDs out-at-a-time plan" that you have chosen. We provide you the convenience with our free shipping so you can spend more time with your children.

Watch Them as Long as You Want
Children’s interest level will vary across different titles and we recognise that. Keep the DVD as long as your children want. Or return it if it is just not keeping their interest. There are no late fees or due dates ever! If your children loves the DVD so much that they just cannot part with it, take advantage of our “Keep” feature. The “Keep” option allows your children to try any DVD to make sure they really love it before you buy it.

Exchange DVD as Often as You Want
Kidswift provides pre-paid return envelopes on all rentals. When your children are finished with a DVD, simply put it in our Business Reply Envelope and mail it back to us via SingPost mail. Once we receive your return, the next available title in your Queue will be mailed to you. Exchange as often as you want, absolutely no restrictions.
