No refund of difference if the new item is of lower value. Buyer to top up difference if new item is more expensive. Buyer to bear postage of exchange ( both for return dress to LadyDemure and postage of new dress to buyer.) All Items to be exchanged within 1 weeks of mail out by LadyDemure.
