General Information
Exchange & Refund Policy

- All items sold are non refundable or exchangeable unless receiving wrong items from us.
- All items will be checked before delivering.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.


Amendments or Cancellation of orders

-No amendments or cancellation of orders once payment is made.


Payments

-Pls make payments within 2 days after orders has been confirmed.
-Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
-Payments can only be made via bank transfers to DBS or UOB savings a/c. Our A/C number will be emailed to you once your orders have been placed.


Deliveries

-Goods will be delivered within 3-5 days after receipt of payment.
-Please pay $1 per item for Normal mail and $1.50 per item for Registered mail.
-Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost mail hence shoppers are encouraged to opt for registered mail.
