Payment Method
PrettyClues accepts only POSB or DBS interbank transfer for residents in Singapore and Maybank interbank transfer for residents in Malaysia. Postage fee will be finalised in the reply email, SMS or telephone call. Please take note that the postage is not included in the price that is stated on the website.

As all our items are in-stock unless stated, items will be mailed out the next day after payment is received from buyer. All email will be replied with 24 hours to confirm the finalised price which include the delivery charges.

We will not be responsible for lost or damaged mails therefore registered mail is strongly recommended.

Cost of Postage Charges depends on the weight of the item. PrettyClues will get items weighed to let buyers know the amount they have to top up before posting out.
