Delivery Method
Normal Mail VS Registered Mail:
Normal Mail will cost SGD0.50 and Registered Mail will cost additional SGD3.00.
The advantage of requesting for registered mail is that it can be tracked and item will be delivered to your doorstep. (Registered Mails are only mailed out on Mondays and Wednesdays.)
As Normal Mail isn't tracked, we will only make sure that the items are carefully packed and once we mail it, we will not be held responsible if the mail gets lost. (SingPost is quite reliable but it is better to be safe than sorry as we want you to enjoy your items without worries too!)
Please allow up to 7 working days for the item to reach you after we have sent it out. (Doesn't usually take this long unless it is during festive seasons.)
