Rouge was established by The Barracks in 2002 to cater to trendy and sassy fashionistas.

Since 2002, we have been featured in " Seventeen" magazine, May 2006, " Simply Her" magazine, April 2005 and participated in various contests and promotions. Like the " Win a New Make- Over contest" held by China Square Central. This was publicised in the " Today Paper" in 2005.

We will continue to strive and improve our designs to ensure that

We worked closely with our designers to ensure that our designs are of superior tailoring, quality and fabrics. The majority of our designers and fashion production houses are from Hong Kong and Korea.
