The first time i ordered a birthday cake from her with the theme that i requested it turned out perfect. The design & taste was exquisite. All my guest was impressed & interested. The second time i ordered cupcakes for birthday. This time i specifically told her what i want but i was disappointed when i received it. It was unprofessionally done, looked so dull & didn't taste as good as the birtday cake. I felt sorry for the birthday girl. I expressed my disappointment via e-mail but no reply. I did not order anymore cakes from her & sceptical to even recommend to anybody.

Re: Ben 10 Birthday Cake from Simply Irresistible Photo from Simply Irresistible Website emailed to Myss twice with assurance that it will be the same cake bake exactly like the photo enclosed for reference BUT it did not turn out the same. Prior email with instructions has been sent and Myss replied “Details Noted” BUT the cake wordings did not reflect/read what we indicated on the email. Candles were given without holders. Email has been sent, there was No Reply, No Phone Call, No Service Recovery. They did not apologize for the service lapse. Overall service experience is poor, I will not return or recommend.
