Payment Method

Payment is to be made within 3 days at the time of confirmed order. If payment hasn't been received within 3 days and we did not have any prior arrangements, your order will be cancelled. Orders are mailed and shipped within 3 working days(Mon-Fri) unless otherwise stated.

--- For Orders OUTSIDE Singapore ---

Payment by PAYPAL (any amount) . Please make sure your shipping address matches your paypal shipping address. Shipping by registered airmail to ensure packages reaches you. It takes about 6-12 working days according to our local PO. We will notify when packages are shipped. Feel free to ask for the registered number in case your postie generally forgets(or is naughty!) to leave a note when you're not home to receive the package.

Delivery Method
We ship ALL orders within 3 business days of payment receipt unless otherwise mentioned.

International orders are shipped registered airmail which will take about 6-12 business days to reach you. You may request for express shipping but will cost upwards of SGD$40 by global express (EMS) which will take 2 - 4 business days track able online. Shipping costs will only be advised after a confirmed order and combined orders will be automatically calculated depending on your country. If there are any custom fees on your end, you'll be responsible for them.

Local orders are sent by registered mail. We made this compulsary to avoid any losses in our delivery as the mail man can be really confused at times. Local orders take about 2 - 4 business days to reach you.

For registered mail, please add S$2.24 on top of quoted postage. To get a quote if you're unsure, contact us BEFORE purchase. We charge to cover postage & packing.
