Payment Method
LOCAL (SINGAPORE)
We accept Cash & Cheque, POSB / DBS & UOB bank transfers only.
For every order, minimum 80% deposit is required before goods delivery; remaining 20% shall be COD upon arrival of goods.

OVERSEAS (INTERNATIONAL)
We accept Paypal Transfer.
Paypal charges (4% of Full Payment) shall be beared by buyer.
For every order via Paypal,
(1) Full Payment +
(2) Shipment/Courier Charges +
(3) Paypal Charges has to be made before shipment.

Delivery Method
LOCAL (SINGAPORE)
Delivery will be arranged within 5-7 working days (subjects to goods availability) upon receipt of payment.
Delivery shall be *FREE for total sales amounting to SGD250 OR 20 pcs; whichever comes first.
For goods less than SGD250, meeting up at convenient locations (Central, West) can be arranged.

OVERSEAS (INTERNATIONAL)
Goods will be delivered within 5-7 working days (subjects to goods availability) upon receipt of payment.

*FREE DELIVERY is applicable to Singapore regions only. For overseas buyers, delivery charges shall be imposed onto you.

For every order, kindly email tokofzy@gmail.com and provide ALL following details for fast transactions:

1) Your Name, Contact Number & Email address
2) Product Code / Size/ Colour/ Quantity
3) Provide Delivery Details for (A) or (B)

(A) For total amount more than SGD250 :
---> Advise Delivery Address.
---> Delivery is FREE within Singapore;
---> Delivery Charges shall be absorbed by buyer for destinations not within Singapore.

(B) For total amt less than SGD250 (Local only) :
---> Advise Mode of Delivery by (i), (ii) or (iii)
i. Normal Postage
An additional $1.20 per item will be charged (At your own risk!)
ii. Registered mail
An additional $2.20 per item will be charged
iii. Self collection
Weekdays @ Aljunied MRT / Commonwealth MRT
Weekends @ Commonwealth MRT / Beauty World Plaza


Order Confirmation shall be issued by email or sms.
All goods delivered will not be refundable.
If any items are sent wrongly or have defects, we will arrange replacements of new pieces at no additional charges.
