In this store, you will find chic, trendy items which we stumble across in our ad-hoc backpacking trips. Some from high-fashion stores, some out of backstreet alleys, some from wholesale markets.. the possibilities are endless!

Payment Method
* Strictly bank transfers via to POSB/DBS account.

* Your orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment is received.

* Please check your email regularly for updates. A confirmation email will be sent to you once payment is received.

* Inside the email, a form will be attached for you to fill in your personal particulars, ie. mailing address/contact details. Please fill in all blanks required and email to form back to us.

* Please note that orders processed are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Delivery Method
* You will be notified via email, on the same day your orders are mailed out. Please check your email regularly for updates.

* All items will be carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they reach you in tip-top condition.

* By default unless specially requested, orders will be mailed out via ORDINARY postage to your designated address. Add-on postage cost(s) are may differ among different items. Please read item description carefully.

* Our return address will be stamped on the envelope.

** Please note that The Viola Room will not be responsible for any misplacement, losses or damages to goods sent out via ordinary mail, or delays due to wrong mailing addresses provided.

** For purchases above $60, REGISTERED mail is offered free-of-charge.

** For exceptional cases, meetups may be arranged at the sole discretion of The Viola Room.
