Totally disappointed with their service! I placed a wholesale order with them for the first time, received an email saying my package will ship shortly. After days of waiting and more email to inquire about the status, I was told there is a long Holiday causing delays in shipping, after many days with many emails sent and asking for my money back, I was told the package had shipped, when I asked for tracking info, they stopped responding to my emails. I waited a few more days, then filed a claim with PayPal as I was fearing the business is fraudulent: The response came to PayPal that items were shipped (Tracking info proved they only shipped items weeks after the order was placed and when PayPal was about to refund me). Finally received the order, to find out that most of the items and colors I purchased were subsituted with whatever was available without consulting with me. Totally disappointed, will never purchase from them again. Non existing customer service Not sure how they can survive in business with such bad business ethics.
