Terrible experience with Wonderful Flora. Certainly not Wonderful, but arrogant service. Dealt with the managing director himself. I ordered online a particular floral set. However the MD called me about an hour later offering to give me another set since they ran out of stock of the one I wanted. Instead of explaining, he quickly dismissed my curiosity and wanted to cancel my order. Totally unprofessional, impatient and arrogant.

NOT GOOD AT ALL!. I ordered my flowers the day before i need them to be delivered. THEY STATED it could be delivered the next day. They called in the morning saying they can't. So i just canceled the order, you can hear them being so relieved and happy on the phone.
